Working closely with Product Managers and Global Product Owners, you will help translate country needs into actionable features and user stories, ensuring that product development aligns with regional market expectations.Your main responsibilities will be toProduct Strategy Translation: Work closely with the Product Manager to translate country-specific product strategy and requirements into well-defined features and user stories for development teams.Country-Specific Delivery Management: Accountable for the successful delivery and maintenance of products tailored to local market needs.Feature/User Story Creation: Develop features and user stories that meet country-specific requirements, coordinating with Global Squads for implementation.Product Planning: Responsible for yearly and quarterly product planning to ensure alignment with local business objectives.Quarterly Business Review: Conduct regular reviews of local product performance and work with relevant teams to adjust priorities as necessary.Backlog Management: Oversee the local product backlog, ensuring that it reflects country-specific priorities and aligns with the overall product roadmap
