The role requires an understanding of key areas of the services business – including Resource Management, Project Management, and Financial Management among other areas.This position will also define and drive consistent business processes across all geographies and services fulfillment teams. The ideal candidate will be data driven, intellectually curious, a fast learner, and able to move quickly while maintaining focus on high impact projects aligned to a global strategy. Other responsibilities include:Develop and execute strategies to unlock the full value of Certinia and other tools supporting the global Professional Services organization.Actively participate in roadmap planning, tool evaluation, and testing to ensure technologies align with business needs.Define, document, and implement best practices to ensure process consistency and alignment across global Professional Services teams.Enhance operational efficiencies, focusing on billability, productivity, and process improvements.Ensure data integrity, providing insights for leadership to make informed business decisions.Track and analyze consulting metrics and KPIs to identify areas of growth or improvement.Lead strategic projects that deliver key business insights and drive value across the organization.Who You'll Work WithThe new resource will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the Services, Finance, Operations, and IT organizations to deliver process improvements, drive adoption, and roll out new functionality for our PSA platform.What Makes You a Qualified Candidate3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner in the Salesforce ecosystem. Professional Services Automation (PSA) experience highly preferred.Proven experience managing and optimizing Salesforce solutions.Demonstrated ability to think creatively, drive process improvements, and enhance product experience for end users.Exceptional research and analytical skills.Ability to wear many hats and work on multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights, technical concepts, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong ability to gather and translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions, driving alignment across teams
