What's the role?:
The Program and Project Coordinator is responsible for providing executive, professional, and support services across various functional areas, including administrative services, program management,, technical training, and procurement. This role also encompasses general project, program, and portfolio management duties, ensuring the successful initiation, execution, and completion of internal programs and projects.
Possesses conceptual knowledge of relevant theories, practices, and procedures within the discipline of program and project management.
Executes routine assignments using established procedures.
Receives instruction, guidance, and supervision from senior-level positions.
Represents an entry-level role within the professional career path.
Understanding of HERE portfolio and solutions

Who are you?:
- Plan, monitor, and manage internal programs and projects from initiation through completion.
- Lead or coordinate program planning, resource allocation, staffing, procurement, progress tracking, issue resolution, and team management.
- Ensure program outcomes meet specified requirements in terms of technical quality, reliability, schedule adherence, and budgetary constraints.
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend adjustments to schedules, budgets, or resource allocations as necessary.
- Portfolio Analysis: Analyze and monitor the performance of various investment portfolios within the region. This includes conducting quantitative analyses and modeling to support portfolio decision-making and provide feedback to Product and R&D.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance and market trends. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Conceptual understanding of program and project management theories, practices, and procedures.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data science, Geography, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Familiarity with HERE portfolio management and AWS technologies.
Demonstrated self-leadership skills.
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
