Product Quality Engineer

Ensure that the quality of Safran products, processes, and procedures are compliant with internal and regulatory standards, in compliance with applicable contractual requirements, and are continuously improving.
Responsible for developing proactive quality initiative strategies and driving their implementation to maintain a healthy Quality Management System.Identify, investigate, and manage risk opportunities utilizing advanced Quality tools (Lean, Six Sigma, PFMEA, PDCA, Control Plan, etc).Identify needs for improvements and provide solutions.Develop new inspection techniques and/or methodologies to assure product conformance.Influence process and planning decisions with knowledge and explanations of Quality Policies, practices, and procedures.Able to communicate ideas or viewpoints supported by objective data to influence large groups.Lead a team using root cause analysis methodology to resolve opportunities/non-conformities.Develop, implement, evaluate, and maintain Quality Management System and related documentation.Education: Professional degree in Engineering.
Mechatronic, Electronic, or Mechanic preferred.Experience: Mandatory experience in QMS (AS9100), Problem Solving (Root Cause Analysis), and Lean Six Sigma projects/tools.
Preferably experience in regulatory certifications (FAA/EASA, others).Certifications: Green belt or Black belt (preferably).Language Requirements: Advanced English Level.Other Requirements: Visa and availability to travel (preferably).#J-18808-Ljbffr
