Responsible to develops proactive quality initiative strategies and drives their implementation to maintain a healthy Quality Management System.- Essential duties and responsibilities:- Identify, investigate and manage risk opportunities utilizing advance Quality tools (Lean, Six Sigma, PFMEA, PDCA, Control Plan, etc).- Identify needs for improvements and provide solutions- Develops new inspection technics and/or methodologies to assure product conformance- Influence process and planning decisions with knowledge and explanations of Quality Policies, practices and procedures.- Able to communicate ideas or viewpoints supported by objective data to influence large groups.- Lead a team using root cause analysis methodology to resolve opportunities/nonconformities.- Develop, implement, evaluate and maintain Quality Management System and related documentation.See job profile for Additional details**Job Requirements**:- Education: Professional degree in Engineering.
Mechatronic, Electronic or Mechanic preferably.- Experience: Mandatory experience in QMS (AS9100), Problem Solving (Root Cause Analysis) and Lean Six Sigma projects/tools.
