JOB PURPOSE Lead improvements to the company's online lending business across different projects. Product managers provide the deep product expertise needed to lead the organisation and make strategic product decisions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Need to deep dive into the business and user metrics, find out problems and insights Set and prove hypothesis, conduct product improvement experiments Analyze profitability and help to build financial models Build effective user interfaces, focus on UX and CRO (Conversation Rate Optimisation) Manage product backlog and supervise features implementation User-centric view Understanding client's needs, problems and behavioural patterns. Focus on overall user experience - Product-market fit Client-based economics Working with such metrics as Lifetime Value, Monthly Active Users, ARPU. Conversion and take-up rates at all stages which involve client interaction.
Ex.: registration, application funnel, customer area, triggered communication Profitability Improvement Revenue per loan, revenue per client, value-added products, loyalty program, product line optimization. Operational costs. Ex.: fighting early repayment, insurance, processing optimisation, increasing amounts, recurring charges, gradient rates. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Good organisational/time management skills. Ability to lead and drive change initiatives Ability to be hands on but also able to work on strategic projects. Ability for problem solving. Assertive with a can-do attitude. High attention to detail and able to detect tracking issues Self-motivated professional with outstanding analytical skills, able to identify and execute product improvements that provide significant business value. Willingness to work in a fast-growing global environment and adapt to changes fast Methodological way of working and ability to cope with competing demands and prioritize tasks accordingly Being eager to develop your skills and progress within the company structure is key Proven track record with financial, telecom or online mass market products. SQL, Tableau and GA knowledge Strong understanding of UX principles Android, iOS knowledge Data driven decision making Scrum Agile methodology will be a plus. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Education: Technical or Marketing background. Advanced English. Experience: At least 5-6 years of experience in online product management or/and e-commerce Working experience in financial companies will be a plus (online lending)
