About the roleThis role is responsible for the development, management, execution, and follow-up of the Interventional Cardiology Brands strategy assigned. This position will design and execute a marketing strategy that is in alignment with the strategic priorities of Boston Scientific Interventional Cardiology division in Coronary Therapies. This role is responsible for ensuring the Portfolio / Brand Objectives assigned.Your responsibilities will include:Develop annual Marketing strategy and plan, ensuring the implementation of the strategies and key initiatives defined for IC Portfolio (Stents, Balloons, or others)Develop and follow-up action plans driven by the strategy plan, to be implemented by Sales Team.Ensure sales achievement, profitability, market share, and growth of the category under responsibility.Define, Prepare, and implement Communication and Promotional Campaigns; brochures, materials, and sample book focused on the sales channel attended and with the Sales Team according to target.Identify customer, patient, and market needs, as well as, competitor trends.Manage patient / Customer journey and adapt it to the strategy.Develop and enhance relationships with external customers including physicians, KOL's, and medical associations.Develop and enhance relationships with internal customers from ICG division, LATAM, and other areas to collaborate in daily work.Define strategy aligned with therapies areas including products and educational strategic programs to educate physicians.Lead Market Knowledge: Insights Competitors, behavior patterns, prices, portfolio, pains, therapy tendencies, and patient model.Work closely with the Sales team in evaluating business conditions. Identify creative sources of information that can help inform our strategic business plans. Prepare and submit reports to Sales Management by analyzing and compiling data, projections, and other relevant information.Lead Brand or Portfolio projects and new Product Launches.Manage OPEX assigned.Execute and develops forecast for the brands or portfolio assigned.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree. (Marketing, Administration, Biomedical Engineering or similar)> 2 years of experience inthe area of Marketing/Commercial/ Medical Devices or Pharma. – max 6At least 1 year of experience in Digital MarketingDemonstrable marketing and/or commercial skillsExperience leading and managing Projects.Advanced EnglishCommunication SkillsProactiveExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work as part of a team.Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills MUSTPreferred QualificationsCoordination and leadership of projects with external and internal suppliersAbility to manage multiple projects at the same time NTH#J-18808-Ljbffr
