We are hiring a
**Product Specialist Consultant **who will be ensuring seamless and accurate processing of customer orders, generates formal quotes and collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, manufacturing, product development, field sales, dealers, and customers to secure bids and ensure customer satisfaction.
**What you will be doing**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for valued customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Manage order processing for non-standard products, reviewing against quotes, clarifying discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy in the Bill of Materials structure and pricing.
- Receive and review customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness, processing them efficiently.
- Enter orders into the system with precision, focusing on product details, pricing, and special instructions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and company policies for effective customer inquiry resolution.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify process improvement opportunities and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Work with sales, customer service, and relevant departments to address and resolve order-related queries or issues.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, pricing, and general inquiries accurately.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with industry trends and enhance customer service skills.
**Who you are**
**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Affairs, Industrial Engineers, or in a related field.
- Advanced English is a must.
- Proficiency in order processing systems and Microsoft Office.
- Proven experience in order entry, customer service or a related field. (1 year of experience is a must).
**Preferred Skills and Competencies**
- SAP experience is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
