Strategic Purchases and Supply Network Operations (SNO) are critical fields within the Product Supply organization. The roles are dynamic and involve leading all aspects of the movement of raw materials, finished product and cash between P&G sites and those of our customers and suppliers, guaranteeing a challenging learning environment across industries and sectors.As Purchases, Customer Service & Logistics Manager you will:Analyze sourcing markets and build industry knowledge.Integrate and collaborate with cross-functional business teams.Look for new technologies and advise your internal business partners with innovative solutions and providers.Influence individuals both externally and internally and build the right relationships to deliver excellent results.Develop and implement the sourcing strategies (industry and supplier analysis, biddings, negotiations, commercial agreements)Ensure Internal Controls compliance related to purchases activities and accurate segregation of duties.Always treat our suppliers honestly, ethically and fairly: we consider our suppliers as partners in our journey to deliver our world-class products around the world.Design and implement projects that build sales via: Superior Availability at Store, at reduced Supply Chain Costs and Cash for Customer + P&G.Responsible for order management synchronization projects that will enable simplification and automation on our supply chain.Manage central order management process.Lead Customer Service.
