.IntroductionWe are seeking a Technical Sales Support, Crusher Wears to join our Market Area Sales and Service Mexico team. You will be responsible for providing technical and commercial support to customers through comprehensive understanding of the products, support software and application areas. In this position, you will report to the NCA Regional Business Support Manager.This position is mainly located in Irapuato, Guanajuato MX and Cananea, Sonora MX. However, it involves up to 50-70% of travel to Customer Sites.Team you belong to:You will join a team of Technical Sales Support experts committed to providing solutions to Sales Manager and Customers. We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as Sale Account Managers and Field Services Engineers. Our team culture is all about providing the best solutions for the customer and internal stakeholders. The members in our team are in Mexico.What you'll do:Lead and Support High-Value Proposals: Take the reins on complex proposals and sales activities, delivering compelling value propositions tailored to the needs of our customers in your region.Promote Innovation in Concept Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative, value-based solutions and optimize Chamber Optimization technical presentations. Work with the Tier 3 group for data collection and process insights, using advanced tools (including scanners) to support your efforts.Act as Solution Lead: Build sales cases based on your expertise, escalating issues when needed, and ensuring seamless transitions from Tier 1 to Tier 2 support.Bridge Sales and Product Management: Be the vital link between sales and Service Product Management, capturing frontline customer feedback and guiding product development and delivery to align with market needs.Boost sales performance: Guide the progression of sales activities from prospecting to the development and negotiation of proposals, with an emphasis on consistent progression and a focus on revenue and organizational development.Who you are:Engineering Expertise: Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Metallurgy, or several years of proven experience in the mining industry, particularly in the sale of parts and consumable products.Sales Success: Demonstrated success in sales performance in the mining or industrial sector, with a good previous experience of achieving results.Technical Know-How: Deep technical understanding of metallurgy, mechanical equipment, and industrial processes, enabling you to offer expert advice and solutions to clients.Proficiency in CAD Software: Familiarity with AutoCAD, PolyWorks, or other relevant CAD software packages for creating and reviewing technical drawings and specifications.Strategic Vision: Experience in developing and implementing business strategies to facilitate growth and achieve sales targets.International Travel Readiness: Must currently hold, or be able to obtain, a valid passport for international travel
