Invent a greener and more secure mobility, thanks to solutions focusing on intuitive driving and reducing CO2 emissions.We are leaders in our businesses and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.MISSIONSThe Product Technical Manager is accountable for the deliverables of R&D to ensure the success of the project.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the detailed scheduling and budgeting of R&D activities, with support from metiers.Empowered by R&D Manager to manage Contributors.Accountable for the Deliverables:Apply the specific PDP of his/her PG/PL following CPM (CLEAN Project Management).In charge of robust design in line with economic targets.Apply Standardization rules; will request destandardizations based on sound justifications.Call for all necessary design reviews.Ensure timely Design Reviews of other networks (Purchase, Industrial).Represent the R&D function to the customer.Interface with the customer on R&D subjects of the project, breaking down and cascading customer requests and needs internally.Report and escalate to the project manager or R&D manager as needed.Responsible for Detailed Scheduling and Budgeting:Contribute to identifying needs in terms of resources, equipment, and investments.Establish a detailed breakdown of activities to meet milestones.Follow activities and spending within the allowed budget.Management of Contributors:Daily management of all R&D contributors, dedicated or not.Assign work packages as needed.Regular reviews with R&D manager or Product Manager and Metier Department Managers to check alignment between needs and availabilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
