Position Objective:The individual will collaborate with internal teams to understand product details, analyze test level data, correlate to inline electrical parameters, and collaborate with the NPI team in the new products understanding. Candidates must exhibit a high degree of initiative and sound judgment, working independently and as a member of an Integrated Product Team. It is essential that the successful candidate be capable of adapting to changing conditions and work cooperatively in a team environment.Primary Responsibilities:Support manufacturing and testing.Implement improvement initiatives with the function and program levels.Experience with interpreting electrical and engineering drawings.Ability to interpret engineering specifications and product specifications.Develop, implement, and document production test processes and methods.Develop and review test equipment specifications and compliance. Testing types include but are not limited to parametric tests for diodes IR, VBR, TRR, thermal impedance, thermal resistance AC/DC dielectric withstand test.Provide dispositions for non-conforming material.Work with manufacturing engineers to develop and evaluate capital appropriation requests (CAR's) for new products, processes, programs, and initiatives.Improve the test process using statistical tools (Gage R&R, SPC, DOE, ANOVA) to improve the key indicators (yields/scrap).Work with the NPI group in the introduction of new products.Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering preferred with > 3 years experience in a similar position.Must have understanding of diodes test and electrical test.Integrity, excellent teamwork, flexibility, strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency.Experience in the use of statistical tools (SPC, Gage R&R, DOE, ANOVA).Use of statistical analysis programs (Minitab).Analytical capacity for problem-solving.Ability to interact with all levels of the company.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $20,000.00 - $27,000.00 per monthWork Schedule:Monday to FridayRotating shiftsApplication Questions:Are you able to have business conversations with US people?What is your salary requirement (must be in the range, otherwise you will be discarded)?You MUST be currently living in Reynosa City (no relocation possibility), are you living there?What do you know about diodes test and electrical test?What is your experience working and using statistical tools such as SPC, Gage R&R, DOE, ANOVA?You must have an ELECTRONICAL ENGINEER background with at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing.
