This role must determine the best platform for delivery, test and review the training materials, schedule and coordinate. You also will be expected to conduct training, both in person and online, on the products and materials created. Unique client training needs may come up from time to time so collaborating on those needs will also be important among other things.- Design training materials and programs based on knowledge of Mitratech products and an understanding of how clients will utilize those tools- Determining the best platform to deliver and utilize training materials- Test and review training materials- Conduct training utilizing these materials- Schedule and coordinate training schedules- Work with customers to identify any unique training needs- Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules and equipment**Qualifications**- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills that translate well over the phone, video conferencing, and in person.- At least 2 years previous experience in a similar role as well as demonstrated experience designing and executing training programs.- Strong organizational skills along with the ability to juggle multiple projects as well as prioritize those multiple projects is critical.- This role may require up to 50% travel.**Education**:- **Bachelor's degree ideally in a related field such as education, psychology, educational technology.
