Manage the training logistics and administrative tasks, to ensure high quality training experience delivered to customers**Your Mission**:- Manage the logistic for Trainer's, including visas, flights, control risks, HSE plan communication- Organisation of the Customers logistic in TTC (hotel, pick up, shuttle, and support to the customers questions) - if there's- Support PME and SAM on precise logistic communication and organisation with the customers- Order, ship and follow delivery of all training tools (books, tablets, gifts.) to the final training location- Issue Purchasing Order (PO) elaboration, and prepare invoicing (interco, internal PO, suppliers,final customers)- Handling and register quality feedback, training KPI and trainers reports- Ensure electronic training documents are watermarked for copy right protection- Consolidate Global Training Centre KPI report- Make reservations of the training facilities and send the invitation- Issue invitations and register training participants- Issue and deliver the Training Certificates**Your Profile**:- English - Spanish- French - Italian are a plus- Good understanding of QTCE and QTCS Training Activity- Knowledge on Technical Training organization- Knowledge on SAP and FSM- Customer centric outlook- Process Management- Action Orientated- Good communication skills- Perseverance- Managing and measuring work- Peer Relationships**Contract Type**:**Permanent**:**Country**:**MEXICO**:**Location**:**Guadalajara**:
