Production Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a **Production Administrative Assistant **,

**General Functions**:Performs a variety of office tasks which is assigned

**Activities**
- Production reports
- Send production report to client
- Inventory control
- Detection and solution of inventory differences (physical vs ERP)
- Review and receive production reports in the ERP System
- Work with warehouse leaders, supervisors, and others to discuss inventory control issues.
- Root cause analysis of discrepancies and generate actions to improve processes
- Report of inventory accuracy results.
- Daily inventory of finished product / QC on hold / QC rejected
- Take control of production orders according to the plan

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Logistics, international Business Administration or related
- Intermediate / Advanced Excel
- English intermediate / advanced

2000, Monday to Friday, from 7:00am to 5:00pm**
