As a
**Production and Materials Planning Process Lead**, you will work with the manufacturing team to establish Production and Materials Planning best practices and policies, ensure their adherence, work with IT on system enhancements at the regional and global levels, and work with the data analytics teams to develop exception management tools and processes.
As a primary owner of JDA/SAP Production and Materials Planning Business Processes, you will support production and material planners across the Tools & Outdoor organization, drive continuous improvement and play a major role in leading roll-outs of our Global Production and Materials Planning Process systems integration and enhancement initiatives.
**You'll get to**:
- Develop and support global Production and Materials Planning processes and policies definition, to ensure best-in-class functional design, implementation, and adherence
- Maintain process maps of system and business processes of production and materials planning of existing capabilities, and support with development of new/enhanced ones including lifecycle
- Develop reporting mechanisms for exception management.
Work with the Production Planning and Material Managers to develop key reports and analytics
- Monitor adherence and maintain exception reporting rhythms to ensure consistency of processes and accuracy of data, including safety stock.
- Develop and update training documents including best practices and quick reference guides
- Lead regular trainings for end-users in conjunction with IT and Business Partners, and address system process related issues/questions from SC organization
- Collaborate with Master Data and Production Planning counterparts for appropriate lifecycle management of materials
- Liaise between business stakeholders and Engage (IT) teams to understand/interpret requirements for a collaborative design and delivery on solutions
**Who You Are**
- BS Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- 4+ years of Supply Chain, Production and/or Materials Planning experience
- Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Order Management Experience (JDA Fulfillment and SAP ECC 6.0 preferred).
MS Office Required.
Strong Microsoft Excel
- Bilingual preferred; English plus Spanish, Portuguese, or Mandarin
- Excellent oral and written communication, critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, time management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a collaborative team environment
- High level of curiosity for systems and enthusiasm and a passion for excellence
