Tasks
Manage and coordinate the resources of the production department in the most efficient way, through strategies based on the guidelines (IATF) and company policies, in order to achieve the objectives defined by the plant.
Supervise and monitoring quality and manufacturing standards, for compliance with the Quality System.
Supervise compliance with the LPA's, 5's, as well as the follow-up of the on time closing of actions generated to guarantee the quality of the process, product and personnel safety.
Provide support to internal and external process audits and drive open action to completion.
Prepare LPA audits and tours of the areas of the plant in order to detect opportunity and take immediate action to comply with the defined standard.
Report the performance of the indicators of the production lines, along with its action plan to meet the objectives defined by the plant.
Verify that all the necessary resources are available to cover the production program; otherwise, it will notify and propose alternatives, for the fulfillment of the KPI's.
Provide support and assign responsibilities to the different areas to define activities necessary for solving problems.
Ensure the CeCo's of the operating personnel, in order to have financially reliable information.
Manage the performance of the budget assigned to the production lines for the fulfillment of the objective.
Lead strategies to improve P&L results (Profit and Loss), as well as the systematic reduction of NCC (Non-conforming costs).
Ensure production volumes to meet customer requirements.
Ensure quality and manufacturing standards to ensure compliance with the Quality indicators.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 2/3 years of experience in related role.
- Projects management
- Problem Solving Tools
- Knowledge in strategy development
- Microsoft Office (MS Project)
- Knowledge in quality systems IATF (APQP)
- Knowledge in Manufacturing processes (Balance of lines)
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing Concepts.
- Continuous improvement
- Troubleshooting techniques
- Fluent english level is required.
- Effective supervision
- Finance (budget management)
