The Production Assistant Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the production assistant team, ensuring efficient workflow, task delegation, and overall team productivity.
This role will coordinate with various departments, including logistics, vendors, and production teams, to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
The supervisor will also be responsible for mentoring and training production assistants, resolving issues, and optimizing processes to meet production goals.
Experiência y requisitos

**Key Requirements**:
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in production management, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Or 2-3 years of experience in

a Supervisory role preferred.
- Skills:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other production management software.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
- Team-Oriented: Ability to work in a collaborative environment and lead a team with diverse responsibilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with production processes, shipping documentation, vendor management, and purchase order workflows.
