**The role responsibilities are the following**:
Owner of the mission, vision and values of the production center.
Provide strategic direction to the Leadership Team and tactical support for the day-to-day business at the site.
Responsibility for the financial and production results of the site.
Develop strategies and action plans, in line with the Company strategic plans.
Define priorities and manage resources for appropriate projects; handle multiple concurrent projects, delivering to time and budget commitments.
Ensure an engagement culture as a top priority developing future leaders.
Act as a proactive strategic leader to identify, plan and implement operations and product design improvement initiatives.
Build relationships with the different stakeholders to sustain organic growth.
Implement a culture of continuous improvement, introducing best practices, new ideas and opportunities.
Create cooperative and effective relationships with unions/staff representatives.
Guarantee a safe and secure work environment "Culture of Zero Accidents"
Provide leadership and set standards for performance in production, hold reviews on department performance and key business indicators.
Support business opportunities and implement global operational strategies.
Continually seek improved methods with a view to reduce costs, improve service level and reduce operational risk.
Ensure compliance to all Legal & Ethical Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
**Your Profile**:
Bachelor's degree in technical engineering such as industrial, mechanical or electrical.
5-8 years of experience in leadership positions, preferably in Pharma, Chemical, Beauty production companies and Manufacturing function.
Knowledge in TPM and/or Lean Manufacturing.
Experience in customer driven operations (Safety and Quality standards, etc.).
Operations and Manufacturing and Engineering experience for high volume process manufacturers.
New Product Launch manufacturing exposure
Sales and Operation Planning experience
High Level of English Language.
Global Mobility, International working experience/exposure would be an added advantage.
