Production Chief (Coordinator)

**Visión general**:The individual is responsible for managing human resources, materials and equipment related to production, safety and quality within thier area.**Responsabilidades**:Perform daily production projections.Control production flow on the line.Perform the necessary strategies to meet daily production schedules.Make the necessary changes to balance the shifts.Follow up the preventive and corrective maintenance program of the equipment in charge.Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area.Establish the staff of workers according to the shift required.Ensure that the personnel under his charge comply with the procedures of the Safety, Quality and Environmental Management System.Ensure that the personnel under his charge attends the scheduled training.Perform control of non-conforming productionControl in-process inventoryReview of daily wasteImplement corrective and preventive actions.Support SMART teamsVerification of CTQs Product**Requisitios**:Knowledge - Problem Solving and Analysis Tools/ Lean Basic/ The 5 'S's/ The 7 WastesEducation - Bachelor's Degree, EngineeringExperience - 2 years of experience in a production area.Skills and abilities - Responsible, Collaborative and Analytical Thinker
