Responsibilities: Develop and build relationships with assigned customers promoting integrity and trust vital for solid customer satisfaction.Monitor and track day-to-day activities to ensure on-time delivery and quality product.Act as liaison between assigned customers and the company to assure obligations.Ensure material, equipment and manpower resource requirements are in place to meet customers' demands.Visit customers' locations.Develop systems and best practices to ensure performance levels are maintained.Requirements: Business or Supply Chain Degree or related career.Experience in a similar position (5 years), automotive industry preferred.Advanced English.Supply Chain Experience.Planning and Production Controls (Takt Time, Changeover, Batches).SAP/QAD.Experience with managing projects, Logistics, Customer Portals.Lean Manufacturing, Problem Solving Tools (8Ds, 5Ws).MMOG.Office (Advanced Excel).Knowledge in IATF 16949.Knowledge in ISO 14001 and 45001.Leadership, communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills.What we offer: Benefits higher than those of the law.Insurance of major & medical expenses.Competitive salary and benefits.Be part of our ZF team as Production Control and Master Scheduler and apply now!
