Job Details:
The production control assistant will be responsible for performing the following job duties:
- Analyze excess nventory reports
- Transfer excess material between projects by using SAP inventory management modules.
- Accurately track material movements on a daily basis along with costs associated to these.
- Create and maintain entry level spreadsheets in excel to monitor progress.
- Provide status to management on a daily basis.
- Work in coordination with internal and external warehouse groups.
- Other duties assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
- Entry level computer skills (Word, Excel)
- MRP skills (SAP preferred)
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or High School diploma
- English skills are a plus
- Goal oriented and attentive to details.
- Good at receiving and following instructions.
**This is an administrative position; therefore, it requires a person to be on front of a computer most of the day**
