**What you will do?**:
**Under direct supervision, prepares production releases. Provides a steady flow of work in a timely manner. To meet production and customer demands, maintains required records, imprints unit tag, monitors progress of orders and issues engineering change orders for metal fabrication.**:
**How you will do it?**:
- **Enter necessary Bill of Materials (BOM) routings check for 100% accuracy. Communicates with Engineers on special mark-ups and time frames. Responsible for data transfer BOM in Excel to Mapics. Releases orders out of inventory management.**:
- **According to master schedule by the week.**:
- **Makes sure all units are released to meet customer want date (Customer Management System data).**:
- **Processes paperwork by release, provide manufacturing with document package.**:
- **Coordinates with appropriate personnel in Engineering, Materials, Stockroom, Production and Manufacturing Engineering (frame nesting) to assure schedules are maintained, (maintain documentation to assist with Materials Requistioning Program).**:
- **Releases to manufacturing Engineering Change Orders (ECO's) for drafting errors, engineering errors (editor errors).**:
- **Lost parts, parts not released through the Manufacturing Orders Manager (MOM) program, and customer changes to the job additions to releases damaged parts/units (manufacturing parts made incorrectly).**:
**What are we looking for?**:
- **University Degree.**:
- **One (1) to three (3) years of related experience in a plant facility.**:
- **SAP knowledge.**:
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).**:
- **Strong mechanical and analytical ability is needed as well as good communication skills.**:
- **Desirable English.**:
