**Responsibilities**:- Plans and prepares manufacturing production schedules, assesses changes and improves processes as necessary. Tracks status of material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, and materials are available as needed.- Prepares reports on works in progress.- Coordinates material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials are timed to meet production requirements. Coordinates interdepartmental activity with quality assurance, manufacturing, procurement, engineering, inventory control, traffic, and other groups. Schedules and expedites the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers and requests for shipping orders. Review and maintain master production schedule (MPS).- Revises production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions- and collaborates with management, marketing, sales, production, or engineering to ensure timeliness of production.- Confers with Operations management or other personnel to assess progress and recommend needed changes in order to optimize performance.- Develops and implements production plans to maximize the use of the organization's resources and meet established production specifications and schedules, including volume, cost, and waste targets while maintaining established quality standards.- Initiates or coordinates inventory or cost control programs to ensure that established budget and schedules are met.- Plans and communicates production commitments or timetables for business units, specific programs, or jobs, using sales forecasts to ensure that operations run according to established production specifications and schedules.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.- English 90%- Knowledge in Continuous Improvement Tools- Experience 2+ years.
