What to Expect:This is a full-time (40+ hours per week) position in Chihuahua City, Mexico. The Expeditors will work closely with the supplier's cross-functional teams, including Quality, Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain ManagementWhat You'll Do:Ensure the supplier's manufacturing schedule maintains the required pace to meet production requirements.Be on-site to ensure the supplier focuses on delivering part numbers on time, according to the production schedule, and adhering to contracted quality and technical requirements.Establish key milestones and identify potential opportunities, risks, and issues.Track production deadlines and hold daily meetings with the supplier's cross-functional team to determine part delivery status.Ensure the delivery of procured raw materials is specifically allocated for designated part numbers.Ensure deliveries of raw materials, assemblies, and the release of final products are in accordance with lead time and Purchase Order delivery requirements.Provide weekly reports detailing production schedules to ensure production deadlines are met.What You'll Need:At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing and production control.Ability to identify process constraints, quality issues, and production planning gaps.Proficiency in Spanish.Knowledge of manufacturing schedules and production scheduling.Experience in reviewing production plans to identify risks, including material and inventory shortages, production bottlenecks, inspection processes, and shipping logistics.Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a team of Expeditors.Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with supplier cross-functional teams and ensure on-time delivery of parts.$28 - $33 an hour
Mileage Compensation ($0.67 per mile driven to and from supplier site on a daily basis)
