We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Production Control Supervisor, based in Monarca Plant, Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua (E-Systems Division).
As Production Control Supervisor develop a level schedule that guarantees coverage of our clients' requirements and that allows the plant to operate efficiently with an optimal level of finished product. Coordinate engineering or model year changes to ensure a smooth start-up with mínimal obsolescence. Follow up on delivery performance with our clients and actively participate in the preparation of production forecasts.
**Your Task will be**
- Receive and analyze the requirements of our clients through releases 830 and 862.
- Generate the Master Production Program based on the 830 releases to maintain an inventory stock that ensures we cover the requirements of our clients.
- Based on the Master Production Schedule, generate the daily schedule by UBT and by shift.
- Monitors the adherence between what is produced and the production program.
- Generate monthly forecast of production, sales and inventories.
- Track the inventory value.
- Maintains direct contact with winery analysts to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
- Participate with the finance area in the reconciliation of finished products.
- Follow up on the Delivery Rating of our clients.
- Analyze and follow up on the Excess and Obsolete report.
- Prepare CSR's and PEI's.
- Follow the instructions and procedures of TS16949.
- Coordinates the semiannual physical inventories achieving a variation of less than 2% in the reconciliation.
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related.
- At least 2 or 3 years of experience in similar position.
- English Proficient (mandatory)
- Capacity of analysis, well Communicator, Organizational skills, strictness in achieving goals/ deadlines, synthesis and decision abilities., MS Office skills, Core Tools, SEM System, Proactive and dynamic person, Logistics knowledge, time management
