Coordinate and Supervise the different activities of Foreign Trade, guaranteeing the legal compliance of the different governmental entities and taking advantage of the benefits that these give us. Supervise and ensure compliance to action plans, KPIs and their annual objectives of their work team. Coordinate the execution of strategies that help reduce taxes for both the company and our customers.
