**Job Description**:
**_ Develops and implement production control functions coordination._**
**_ Lead discussions with the Master Scheduler, Buyer Planners, Production schedulers and Inventory analyst to review production capacity, line sequence, materials shortage, and inventory planning parameters._**
**_ Lead and monitoring the work-in-process, ensure timely and complete ordering._**
**_ Control the materials and labor variances, create, and publish manufacturing performance reports._**
**_ Work with the stakeholders from manufacturing, quality, security, and warehouse to ensure the daily revenue projections._**
**_ Lead the communication with the project managers to report the projects status and solve issues._**
**_ Ensure the data management control and create action plan to dates attendance._**
**_ Create actions to anticipate to the risks and ensure the information´s accuracy._**
**_ Mindset of continues improvement and customer orientation._**
**_ Communication and presentation skills._**
**_ Drive and execute development/improvement programs to achieve targets._**
**_ Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function._**
**_ Ensure thorough familiarity with policies and procedures relating to the standard of conduct and train and motivate subordinates in the importance of full compliance._**
**Education and experience requirements**:
**Professional degree. Logistics, Business Management, Accounting**
**Experience 5 years in planning**
**Proficient in English**
**People Management**
**SAP knowledge**
