Job Description Name of the position: Production Coordinator

Generic Job Description: Coordinate the start-up operations of the assembly, test and rework area within the previously approved manufacturing procedures, managing within the required quality specifications to achieve production requirements with the established efficiency.
Responsibilities: Execute line stoppage due to quality defects.Support and direct line operations to meet production goals.Elaborate work teams and call meetings to solve problems.Coordinate technical level support areas to solve problems during their shift.Basic Requirements: Experience in a similar position: minimum 2 years.Ability to supervise personnel in charge.Mastery of computer packages: Word and Excel.Ability to communicate easily.Leadership ability.Conflict management skills.Ability to work under pressure.Self-directed.Knowledge of lean manufacturing.Teamwork skills.Problem-solving ability.Knowledge of ISO 9000.High level of responsibility.Experience in the electromechanical industry.Knowledge of mechanical assembly criteria.Knowledge of process and diagnosis of process failures.Knowledge of the English language (preferable).Required Skills (Minimum 3): Guarantees Accountability: Hold yourself and others accountable for meeting commitments.Manage Conflict: Handling conflict situations effectively, with a minimum of noise.Situational Adaptability: Adapt approach and behavior in real time to match the changing demands of different situations.Our Commitment to Our People: We are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
