No es posición Ingenieril.****Position Summary**The Production Coordinator is responsible for assisting in key elements of Production andProduct Development. Under the direction of the VP of Production, Product Development, & Sourcing, the Coordinator will aid in clerical responsibilities for both Production and Product Development teams, along with other organizational tasks in support of the department.**Essential Duties and responsibilities**- Assist key members of the Production and Product Development teams in facilitating clerical duties, including the update and review of WIP, purchase orders, and sample allocation.- Support the Domestic Production Manager in the issuance and tracking of all raw materials and trims.- Aid Production Manager with WIP and purchase order updates.- Help manage and update interdepartmental documentation responsible for the movement and receipt of goods.- Accommodate the receipt and organization of samples for both Production and Product Development teams.- Bolster communication and flow between all departments of key Production and Product Development documents.- Assist in the organization of seasonal, SMU, and reference sample libraries.- Manage and update sample checklists/inventory.Experiência y requisitos**Minimum Qualifications**- BFA or BA in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field preferred.- 2+ years experience in Production or Product Development.- Basic understanding of garment construction as well as technical knowledge of production preferred.- Must have exceptional organizational skills.- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.- Knowledge of Full-Circle is a plus.**Working conditions**- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment- Office with open floor plan- Business casual office attire- Work is performed inside a temperature-controlled office building**Competencies (Optional)**- Ability to work minimum direction and independently.- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)- Customer Management: Ability to summarize information and succinctly communicate analyses verbally and in writing.- Problem Solver- Identifies issues and resolves problems in a timely manner; uses reason even when dealing with issues- Process-oriented: Designs & systematically executes proactively goals and objectives- Organized: Possesses an ability to work on multiple projects, problems or tasks- Team-oriented and collaborative- Demonstrates high integrity in all activities; does not cut corners toachieve goals
