**Job Purpose**:
To meet Dana's objectives in aspects of Safety, Quality, Deliveries, Cost, Environment and to comprehensively develop the personnel in its charge, in order to ensure that it complies with internal, customer, corporate and IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 requirements.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
Know and comply with the Company's Safety Regulations, to prevent accidents, avoid unsafe acts and conditions. ISO 45001 / Occupational Health and Safety.
Coordinate manufacturing activities on safety, quality, production control and maintenance programs, based on the customer's requirements to comply with the hourly production schedule.
Ensure the optimal balance of personnel in the production lines, to keep labor expenses under control.
Develop with its EAD new methods and work processes for the manufacture of parts, driving innovation and teamwork, in order to reduce standard time, costs, manufacturing defects and exceed customer expectations.
Develop the necessary actions to maintain the IATF 16949 Quality System certification.
Ensure the correct operation of the equipment, in accordance with the specifications of the Operation and Inspection Sheets,
Participate in the multidisciplinary team that prepares and develops PPAP's, APQP, FMEA and Control Plans for review and launch of new products.
