POSITION OBJECTIVE
Ensure the right execution of the business unit strategy through management of resources: people, equipment, tools and budget.
Be the key stakeholder with other areas in order to achieve the production goals, ensure the safety, quality, productivity and employee satisfaction.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for supplying the safest possible environment for our employees to grow in.
Keep a positive and motivating environment for our team members.
Implement and maintain a strong BRPMS mindset in all levels of the team.
Implement the appropriate initiatives to help reach our quality and efficiency targets.
Responsible for the cost effectiveness and budget performance of the department.
Supervise and schedule activities in the department.
Enforce all BRP policies and administer disciplinary action when required.
Assure production system information is maintained.
Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the department Manager.

Production Systems knowledge
BSC Management
Spreadsheets
Lean Manufacturing knowledge
EHS Basic knowledge
**Education**:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Administration, or similar
**Experience**:
Min.
3 years experience Leading a team.
**Language**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
**Knowledge of English written and verbal (Min**: 80%).
Knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
