Your Role & Responsibilities: Meet the scrap targets set by management.Meet productivity objectives set by management SQDC.Line efficiency (parts produced time required, scrap control).Downtime (Causes, machines, material).Operator training (Operation, tools and equipment, documents, safety, hygiene, autonomous maintenance).Your Skills & Strengths: Industrial, mechatronics, mechanical or related engineering.Fluent written communication in English is required at an advanced level.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position (automotive industry).Experience in personnel management and coordination with focus on SQDC.Knowledge of PFMEA Core Tools, troubleshooting tools, DMAIC, 8Ds, IATF/VDA requirements.Do you have any questions?
