**What you can expect**
- The Production Coordinator is responsible for the planning and execution of production operations in Ogarrio Field operated by WDEM in Villahermosa, referring to overall production facilities, plants, field facilities, gathering system, pipes, wells (operative and closed).
- Coordination of service providers, operational communications with the partner, responses to local organism and authorities.
- Responsible for establishing and meeting the annual operating expenditure budget for the production department.
- Compliance and optimization of budgeted oil and gas production volumes, according to the company's standards and policies.
- Monitoring and optimization of well production from bottom hole to surface installations. Identification of plant and production process optimization.
- Evaluate the need for chemical injection in the field (paraffin inhibitors, demulsifying agents, corrosion inhibitors and chemicals in general).
- Management of interventions with slick line equipment, downhole measurement, gas lift valves replacement, tubing mechanical cleaning, etc. Manage program development, monitoring and results analysis with the team. Development and management of workflows and tools (integrated production models) to detect bottlenecks, production optimization proposals, moto compressor installation, artificial lift system efficiency, etc.**What we expect**
- University Degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial or related technical discipline)
- 10 - 15 years of experience (min 5 years of experience with personnel in charge) in the position or similar: production operations, maintenance, production engineering, well interventions (slick line, wire line, coiled tubing, pulling, flush by, Workover), production facilities, etc.
- Experience in project execution.
- International experience is desirable.
- Proactive, teamwork-oriented profile, with ability to interpret any required need.
- Enthusiastic, open and driven individual with strong HSEQ and leadership skills.
