Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Create development plans for cell leaders growing their share competences level.Create action plans to promote an environment where the best people come to do their best work (Engagement).Administrates and ensures operation and production plan to achieve key indicators from the area.Develop and implement processes improvements using BSF toolkit that impacts safety, quality, productivity and service level.Skills and Minimum Experience RequiredHigh knowledge in Microsoft tools such as: Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.Able to read and analyze data and charts.Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work with people at all levels.Demonstrated ability to facilitate and train others.Passion for people.Excellent attention to details and administration skills.We value diversity and are an equal opportunity organization.
