Skills and Minimum Experience RequiredMinimum of 4 years of experience as Production Coordinator or equivalent.Experience leading Production Supervisors.Open to rotational shifts (Day & Night shifts).High knowledge in Microsoft tools such as: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.Able to read and analyze data and charts.Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work with people at all levels.Passion for people.Excellent attention to detail and administration skills.Lean Manufacturing expertise.Willingness to accommodate extended work hours and manage a high volume of tasks is required.We value diversity and are an equal opportunity organization.
