Job Description Bring value to yourself and the organization by putting your superpowers to work!The Moulding Operations area focuses primarily on efficiently producing elements with high quality in a safe environment, detecting opportunity areas in the processes and working to improve them in order to achieve better results.
Our key focus: Keep or increase our efficiency while ensuring high quality and a safe environment.
Core Responsibilities:Tracking of KPIsSecure adequate resources in the team for the accomplishment of the production plan.Respond efficiently to changes in production plans.Ensure the Moulding Production area complies with established safety, quality, and cost standards.Participate in daily production meetings.Participate in PPS analysis and its tracking.Engage in all activities related to LEAN assigned by the manager.Support audit processes.Assist supervisor in 5's corrective actions and findings of Safety GLS.Aid supervisor in corrective actions of the audit process and external claims.Be accountable for additional tasks assigned by the manager.Manage the production floor in the absence of the supervisor.Report any incidents in LOM immediately to responsible authorities (e.g., immediate supervisor, EHS area).Follow established guidelines according to the policies for Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality governed within the LEGO Group.Actively participate in activities related to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality in the plant (e.g., training, drills, programs).Comply with guidelines established in processes globally and locally to fulfill requirements of OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001.Deliver on time and schedule established processes and procedures related to environmental care, including correct waste handling and recycling, as well as efficient use of resources like water and electricity. Report any missing materials for achieving these processes and participate in continuous improvement ideas focused on environmental care.Do you have what it takes? Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.2 years of experience in manufacturing jobs (experience related to plastic is desirable) and basic experience in administration.Proficient in production processes, proactive, strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving tools, verbal and written communication, analytical skills, and leadership.Intermediate PC and Office skills.Intermediate level of English.Note: This position is based at our LEGO Operaciones de Mexico manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores, NL.
