Role Description:As a Production Designer at Sermo, you will be part of the creative team ensuring campaign success within the Sermo platform for all clients. You will create design concepts following brand guidelines and support the client success team in the development of ad campaigns. Always committed to creatively meet client needs.
Working along with the Design Manager and Creative Director, you will also offer support on the creation and execution of marketing communication materials – infographics, internal communication materials, marketing collateral, etc.
Key Deliverables of the Role:Support and collaborate with the Client Success team on building ad mockups for clients on our platformCreate supporting advertising media for the Marketing team (e.g., banner ads, infographics)Produce design assets for different types of channelsEnsure quality and adherence to graphic and branding standardsEssential Qualifications and Experience Required:1-3 years of experience in design, advertising or related fieldBachelor's degree in graphic/digital design or information designExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishKnowledge of design principles and methodsAbility to interpret and effectively apply brand guidelinesMust be familiar with current design trends and have fundamental understanding of web-based/digital technologiesPortfolio of creative workA natural sense of design and composition'Role Specific' Technical Skills or Knowledge Required:Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)FigmaExperience with HTML & CSS a plusMicrosoft OfficeAbout:Sermo turns physician experience, expertise, and observations into actionable insights for the global healthcare community.
