In this role your focus will be on optimizing the manufacturing process through innovation in a cost-effective way.**This position reports to**:IPU Leader**Your responsibilities**:- Defining the sequence of the production process in line with material and investment budgets.- Ensuring optimal efficiency in production methods, equipment performance and materials/components.- Identifying and implementing improvements to the manufacturing process in line with cost, safety and timing requirements.- Investigating new methods, technologies and changes in equipment and process design to meet specifications.- Defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources and personnel to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and a skilled, competent team.- Consulting and working with production operators and supervisors to implement changes on the production line.**Your background**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial Engineer or related.- 1-3 years of experience working in similar position.- Knowledge of MS Office, SAP, PLC and AutoCad.- A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and Problem Solving Analysis.- Conversational English Level.- Implementation of the continuous improvement strategy.- Identify and reduce types of waste in processes.- Maintain the KPIs of quality, safety and efficiency of the processes.- Specific knowledge in solutions and implements of continuous improvement techniques.**More about us**:
