In addition, you will work closely with clients and global production leads to understand and execute their requirements, ensuring that projects are delivered seamlessly, on brief, on time, and within budget.Additionally, you will collaborate with global production leads, project managers, and senior stakeholders to drive traffic and utilization with the Mexican production hub.In summary, your leadership and strategic vision will be essential in driving the success of the Mexican Production Hub while contributing to the company's broader goals.**Qualifications**:**Key Responsibilities**- Responsible for driving the growth of the Mexican Production Hub- Working directly with clients and global production leads to understand and execute client requirements- Strategic plan resources that enable growth- Lead a team of producers, editors, developers, and designers.- Responsible for ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly, on brief, on time, and within budget- Embed a commercially minded culture and lead the team to maximize all commercial opportunities
