As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising daily activities of the production area to ensure that volume, cost, and quality standards are achieved.
This position reports to the Process Engineering Manager.
Key Responsibilities Coordinates work schedules, staffing requirements, and production sequences to maximize productivity. Identifies problems related to the production process and provides production reports to assist process improvement. Responsible for testing methods for the characterization of polymers, emulsions, and resins. Responsible for Statistical Process Control. Qualifications Experience of 3 or more years. Industrial Chemical Engineer or Petroleum Chemical Engineer. Experience in polymer specialty. Experience in developing solvent-based emulsions and/or resins for the coatings industry. Experience in scaling up polymerization processes in Pilot and Industrial Plants. Experience in test methods for the characterization of polymers, emulsions, and resins. Technical knowledge of polymerization techniques, especially emulsions and solution and polycondensation. You will have benefits: Health Insurance, Life Insurance.
