Production Engineer (Tn-Mexico)

Qualification- English- Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related.- Experience drafting production control plan, line supply and manage other workers.- Excellent communication skills.- Office Knowledge.- Strong ability to collaborate with others and provide training in diverse situations.- Norms and procedures related to Industrial Engineer.- Analytical thinking, proactive, organized.- 2+ years of experience working in production.**Responsibilities**:- Work hand in hand with the Production Manager to develop, maintain and update the production plan to increase productivity, space and equipment usage utilizing lean concepts.- Ensure raw material is ready to be used at the production line.- Follow production process to ensure the production plan is met.- Record Time and Capacity of the production line to analyze the results and predict future production plan.- Provide help to the line workers to resolve issues presented at the production line.- Constant communication with Quality Control to conclude on results and needs.- Create efficiency and Productivity Report.- Train and Certify Production Personnel when line transfers occur using approved DocumentationPay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:- Guadalajara, Jal.: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Production Management: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Engilish (preferred)
