17.Train plant personnel in the use of new tools and equipment.
18. Follow and verification of specifications during the construction of tools and measuring equipment for product verification.
19.Coordination with industrial engineering of the assignment and sequence of operations.
20.Assist the plants in the launches.
21.Resolve all discrepancies and reports of process disagreement, attributable to the equipment, tools and process sheets, delivered to the pilots.
22.Selection and assignment of pneumatic and electrical tools for the production lines in order to achieve ergonomics and improvements in quality indicators (safety, delivery, quality, cost and moral).
23.Perform a process verification to see possible interference of the welding points with assembly tools and ensure that they meet the product specifications.
24.Ensure that the quality assurance system is established, documented, implemented and maintained according to the requirements of the quality assurance and environmental manufacturing system.
26. Comply with the minimum required environmental training, which is specified in the pasp003 procedure (competence, awareness and training), of the quality and environmental manufacturing system.
Basic Requirements............................................
**Titled in**: Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or Industrial Engineering.
English 85% Oral, Written.
Knowledge of process design, knowledge of AMEF´s elaboration, Process Sheet, Control plans, MiniTab.
Knowledge of Assembly Line Process and test equipment.
5 years of experience manufacturing processes in mechanical metal companies of the automotive industry preference.
