Production Lead - On Site

As **PRODUCTION LEAD**, you will ensure the programming of customer requirements, through the administration of human resources and available materials to increase productivity and quality at the lowest possible cost in the e-coat production line. You will report directly to our Regional Manager at our Ramos Arizpe plant.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Monitor and review production, being responsible for the control of raw material, product in process and production equipment.
- Customer service through inventory monitoring and control and production tools.
- Administer personnel in charge of shift scheduling, personnel incidents, training, among others.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering careers related to the position.
- Minimum experience of 2 years in positions as supervisor or production coordinator in e-coat processes.
- Intermediate English
- Knowledge of production programming and line balancing, FIFO (inputs and outputs), LPA'S, PI-PE (efficiency production indicator)
