Job DescriptionConducts meetings with floor personnel as well as with production supervisors to ensure work is properly delegated and deadlines are met.Maintains the ability to prioritize projects and ensure they remain on schedule.Supports and strives towards safety in all facets of the manufacturing facility.Coordinates all activities necessary to fulfill the production schedule by line per shift, taking care about product quality requirements as per control plan.Manufactures products by supervising staff, organizing, and monitoring workflow.Verify and release production plan (Heiijunkas) according with capacities and available shifts.Take the lead of multifunctional team to reach the KPI's (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost)Assure the compliance of BPS by following the standards.Responsible for leading operations personnel through leadership tools (Coaching, mentoring, guiding, etc.)Supports deployment of 14 Q-BasicsSupports in the headcount planning according with production volume forecast.Administration of the resources of the VS (Head count, Overtime, Inventories, etc.)Review and ensure that the production line reaches the required level of production and quality on daily basis (Relative Utilization, Leveling Performance & Internal Defect Cost).Ensure process confirmation is conducted within operations personnel.Assure communication among shifts and a proper overlapping between shift-change.Ensure that assigned personnel have the training and certifications according the CPtM.Plan & approve the overtime.Provide and support Bosch Production System, Policy Deployment, and teamwork.Continuously improve quality, cost, productivity, up time machinery, relative utilization, turnover, absenteeism.Communicate plant goals, policies, information to manufacturing personnel in two ways.Promote and support Safety, Quality and Environment Plant goals.Assure production control, avoiding having an excess of material on the production floor.Ensure the following of Daily Management meeting structure.Ensure LPAs are conducted.Ensure on time respond on product audits deviations.Follow the Lead Supervisor standardize work, and make sure his / her team follow their one as well.Ensure compliance of BPS programs (Standardized Work, Leveling, 6s, Kanban, FIFO)Make sure the usage of Problem - Solving Technics and 14Q principles.Supports Tachinbo practicesSAP P72 System productionSAP P59 for Manufacturing Personnel administrationHeijunka and DPI follow upProduction Monitoring reportSupports releasing material on Hold.Relative utilization, Productivity improvements through PDCA
