Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, contribute to improving the quality of life of millions of people.Job DescriptionConduct meetings with floor personnel and production supervisors to ensure work is properly delegated and deadlines are met.Maintain the ability to prioritize projects and ensure they remain on schedule.Support and strive towards safety in all facets of the manufacturing facility.Coordinate activities necessary to fulfill the production schedule by line per shift, ensuring product quality requirements per control plan.Manufacture products by supervising staff, organizing, and monitoring workflow.Verify and release production plan (Heijunka) according to capacities and available shifts.Lead a multifunctional team to reach KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).Ensure compliance with BPS by following the standards.Lead operations personnel through leadership tools (Coaching, mentoring, guiding, etc.).Support deployment of 14 Q-Basics.Assist in headcount planning according to production volume forecast.Administer resources of the VS (Head count, Overtime, Inventories, etc.).Review and ensure that the production line reaches the required level of production and quality on a daily basis (Relative Utilization, Leveling Performance & Internal Defect Cost).Ensure process confirmation is conducted within operations personnel.Assure communication among shifts and proper overlapping between shift changes.Ensure that assigned personnel have the training and certifications according to CPtM.Plan and approve overtime.Provide and support Bosch Production System, Policy Deployment, and teamwork.Continuously improve quality, cost, productivity, uptime machinery, relative utilization, turnover, and absenteeism.Communicate plant goals, policies, and information to manufacturing personnel.Promote and support Safety, Quality, and Environment Plant goals.Assure production control, avoiding excess material on the production floor.Ensure adherence to Daily Management meeting structure.Ensure LPAs are conducted.Ensure timely response to product audit deviations.Follow the Lead Supervisor's standardized work, ensuring the team follows theirs as well.Ensure compliance with BPS programs (Standardized Work, Leveling, 6s, Kanban, FIFO).Utilize Problem-Solving Techniques and 14Q principles.Support Tachinbo practices.Utilize SAP P72 System for production.Utilize SAP P59 for Manufacturing Personnel administration.Follow up on Heijunka and DPI.Generate Production Monitoring reports.Support the release of material on hold.Focus on relative utilization and productivity improvements through PDCA.Roll out digital tools in the manufacturing area.QualificationsBasic knowledge of Movement and Time.Understanding of Ergonomics
