Your tasks

Manage and coordinate the area's resources (personnel, machinery, equipment, budget) based on the Quality, Cost and Safety Objectives, to guarantee compliance with the production ticket.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor´s degree in engineering or related.
- Previous experience in a similar position as production leader.
- Previous experience in automotive / metal mechanic industry.
- Problem solving tools.
- Advanced level of english ( B2 or upper level )
- KPI´s management
- In administration of employed and unionized personnel.
- Leader Standard Work Management
- Foster teamwork
