While it may sound cliché, we're looking for someone with strong demand planning experience to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).
Now, Let's Get Down to Business You will be reporting to the local Value Stream Manager and will be responsible for compliance with the Production Program, management of the staff, constant training, and adherence to the standard work according to the company's objectives following the principle of continuous improvement in decision making. While your experience is of course important, we're all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.
Are You Ready to Show Us What You've Got? Ideally you will have significant production experience gained within the consumer goods/cosmetics/retail industry.
In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:
