- Verificar Que Los Programas se estén Cumpliendo en maquina moldeadora Corriendo Dentro de Sus parámetros y Dar Finalización al Producto Para Iniciar un Nuevo Set-Up
- Supervisar Que Se Cumplan con Los Set-Up's del Programa y que en el Momento se Hagan Los Start-Up's y que la primera pieza que cumpla con los requisitos del cliente y se Hayan Entregado a Auditor de Calidad Para su Inspección.
- Mantener Todo el Personal Trabajando de Acuerdo al Routing y Hacer Mejoras en el Tiempo de Ciclo.
- Solucionar problemas en General.
- Trabajar en las Ayudas Visuales Cada Vez que Cambie Algo o Salga un Producto Nuevo (Samples o Muestras) Para No Afectar La Calidad del Producto
- Supervisar que Todo el Personal Este Trabajando Con Seguridad y Darles El Soporte Necesario Para Que se Cumplan Las Metas
- Supervisar y Hacer Cumplir el Reglamento Interior de Trabajo
