**Job Summary**
Oversee all aspects of manufacturing process, including planning, organizing, and directing workers to ensure that material are processed in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
**Production Leader duties and responsabilities**:
- Scheduling production runs or shifts to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness throughout the production process.
- Reviewing quality control reports for accuracy and addressing any problems that arise with those involved.
- Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that adequate supplies are available for production processes
- Overseeing the production process from beginning to end, including hiring and supervising staff members and planning schedules.
- Ensure all safety protocols are being followed and take corrective action when necessary.
- Training and support operational staff.
- Meet production goals.
**Job requirements and experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial processes, industrial engineering, or related field
- Fluency in English
- Availability to roll shifts
- +24 years old
- 2+ years experience in a production leadership role (Preparing work schedules, submit reports on performance and progress, compiling production records, communicating with other manufacturing departments, leading and developing the production team, check production output according to specifications, enforces company policies and guidelines, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly, ensuring and maintaining safe work environment, evaluate production efficiency and implements recommended manufacturing cost reduction strategies).
- Previous experience in a similar position/industry (desired)
- Proven track record of increasing productivity and efficiency while reducing costs
- Working knowledge of quality control standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.)
- Analytical skills to monitor production output and check for compliance with specifications
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skill
